  Pre-Application Checklist for Waterproofing

    Prepare the substrate (This step accounts for 90% of waterproofing success)Identify the source of leakage

    Remove laitance, dust, and contaminants using pressure washing or grinding. Apply primer evenly to enhance adhesion and surface bonding

    Repair surface defects

    Seal visible cracks, joints, and correct any surface irregularities

    Apply according to the system method

    Follow the recommended procedure, including the number of coats and target film thickness

Apply only to clean, dry, and cool substrates – avoid dusty, wet, or sun-heated surfaces.
Do not apply under direct sunlight or during rain
Avoid peak heat hours; late afternoon application is recommended
Suitable temperature range: +10°C to +35°C (substrate and ambient)

Safety Precautions

Wear proper PPE: gloves, goggles, and a safety mask
Avoid skin and eye contact during handling
