Application Steps

• Step 1 : Surface Preparation
  Ensure substrate is structurally sound, dry, and free of contaminants
  Remove dust, oil, laitance, and any loose particles
  Apply compatible primer if required
  
• Step 2 : Mixing & Equipment Setup
  Use high-pressure, plural-component spray machine (heated hoses recommended)
  Mix Part A and B in a 1:1 volume ratio as per manufacturer’s instruction 
  
•  Step 3 : Application
  Apply using cross-spray pattern for uniform film
  Ideal film thickness: 2.0 mm (may vary by application)
  If needed, apply topcoat for UV protection 
  

Notes

• Do not apply under high humidity or surface condensation 
  
• Wear proper PPE (gloves, goggles, and respirator) 
  
• Store unopened containers in a dry area between 10–30°C · Refer to SDS and TDS before use
