Expanding Waterstop Resin

CMW-EW1

  1. • Single-Component Expanding Injection Resin
  2. • For deep cracks with active leakage
  3. • Reacts with water to form a watertight seal

Benefits

  • Expands upon contact with water to block active leakage
  • Strong adhesion and pressure resistance
  • Reliable performance in high-moisture, high-pressure environments
  • Easy-to-use single-component formula
  • Suitable for targeted injection using packer system

Recommended Use

  • Sealing cracks and voids in underground concrete (walls, slabs, ceilings, columns)
  • Emergency water leakage sealing in tunnels, ports, dams, reservoirs
  • Ideal for void filling and reinforcement in civil infrastructure

Packaging &Coverage

  • Packaging: 18 kg container
  • Coverage: Depends on crack width, depth, and conditions
Precise use per crack — expands on-site for maximum sealing efficiency

Application Steps

  • Step 1: Substrate Preparation
Clean the leaking crack area using a grinder and brush. Remove all debris and identify active leaks. Dry the area if needed.
  • Step 2: Drilling
Drill 10 mm holes at a 45° angle into the crack zone based on structure thickness. Blow out dust with air.
  • Step 4: Injection
Start injection at ~40 kg/cm² using a high-pressure pump. Adjust pressure based on site condition.
  • Step 5: Leak Check & Packer Removal
Check for leakage. Re-inject if necessary. Remove packers after 24 hours.
  • Step 6: Finishing
Remove any excess resin. Fill surface voids with putty or cement mortar.

Notes

  • Avoid high-speed or excessive-pressure injection
  • Ensure proper ventilation and wear PPE
  • Wash skin with soap and water if contact occurs
